ErgoVue Horizon Asymmetric Monitor Light Bar

By the time the sun goes down, your screen is the brightest thing in the room. Your eyes spend the evening correcting between a lit display and the darkness around it, and that constant adjustment is what leaves them aching by ten o'clock.

A desk lamp fixes the darkness and introduces a new problem: it reflects straight off the glass.

The Horizon solves both at once. Its asymmetric lens throws light forward and down — onto the desk, the keyboard and the notebook in front of you — while keeping it off the display. You get a properly lit workspace with no bright patch washing across your screen.

It rests along the top edge of the monitor on a counterweighted mount, so there is nothing to screw in and nothing to stick on, and it claims no desk space at all. A dial at one end adjusts it without menus or an app: warm and low through the evening, cooler and brighter for an afternoon of detailed work.

The matte black finish lets it read as part of the monitor rather than an accessory bolted onto it.
